RentalDock is a service of Debugpoint LLC (“we”, “us”). This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and the RentalDock service, and how we use it.

What we collect on this website

When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, company name, fleet size, website and anything you write in your message. Our servers also keep standard request logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

What we collect in the service

When you create a RentalDock account we process the details you give us about your business and staff. Rental businesses use RentalDock to store information about their own customers, such as bookings, contact details, driver licences and payment records. For that customer information the rental business is the controller and we process it on its behalf and only on its instructions.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your request, provide and secure the service, bill for subscriptions, and tell you about changes to the service. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, identity verification and payment processors (Stripe and Square), and only as far as they need it to do that work, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to 24 months unless you become a customer. We keep account data for as long as the account is open and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to hello@debugpointllc.com. If you are the customer of a rental business that uses RentalDock, please contact that business first.
